THE LEARNING ENRICHMENT FOUNDATION
The Learning Enrichment Foundation (LEF) has been serving the former city of York in northwest Toronto for more than 35 years. Since 1978, LEF has developed from a youth theatre project into one of the leading community economic development organizations in Toronto, with 300 employees serving more than 10,000 people every year. LEF offers a wide range of programming, driven by the needs of our community. Services include employment and settlement services, skills advancement programs, language training, childcare services, youth programs, entrepreneurship and a range of community enterprises.

LGA Architectural Partners
LGA Architectural Partners is a skilled team of architects and building scientists based out of Toronto who create sustainable, contextually-sensitive and socially-minded architecture.

Gladki Planning Associates
Gladki Planning Associates (GPA) provides a full range of planning services for private and public sector clients. Their mission is to lay the foundations for vibrant built environments and successful communities. They do this by developing practical solutions for sustainable land use planning, urban regeneration, employment land policy, affordable housing, community improvement, and development approvals.

PROJECT MANAGERS
Sonderbloom
Sonderbloom has worked closely with government, social services, education, and health organizations to design and implement a range of new services across Ontario. They are working with LEF to develop socially inclusive housing options and serve Toronto's most vulnerable populations, including people with supported living needs, at risk youth, and more.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Turner Construction
Canadian Turner Construction was established in 1951. Currently, their presence in Canada extends from their headquarters in Toronto, through to Vancouver and 4 subsidiary Clark Builders branded offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Yellowknife. Under the direction of Vinny Bartoli, president, and Stuart Smith, general manager, Turner annually delivers in excess of $250 million of construction in the Toronto marketplace and nearly $1 billion across Canada with over 1000 professionals. They have earned recognition for undertaking large, complex projects, fostering innovation, embracing emerging technologies, and making a difference for clients, employees and community.
They have executed numerous tenant improvement and fit-out programs, including office relocations and build-outs, concourse / high-end lobby renovations, back-to-base work, refreshes, and other infrastructure upgrade work. Their clients have come to include: commercial developers, financial services companies, insurance providers, mission critical facilities / data centre clients, law firms, public and private healthcare clients, pharmaceutical/biotechnology clients and various other Fortune 500 companies.
