THE QUILT PROJECT
This project is a culmination of our community’s 40 years of saying yes in our back yard, and our aspiration for growth and development done differently.
The Mount Dennis Quilt project envisions a multi-use building, offering a vibrant streetscape with both the ground level and the first few floors as community space. Above that, the project will create affordable residences and access to much needed supports with the help of community partners.

The vision for this project comes from LEF, a long-standing member of the community with mission and core values centre around the Mount Dennis community. We want to hear from our neighbours, and what you would like to see in this vibrant community.
Our community conversations focused on:
1. Streetscapes (including indigenous elements)
2. Use of space (community, residential, and commercial)
3. Height
4. Affordability
